Ari Flagle caught on video abusing animals (graphic)

Why do you think Ari has to come defend himself against your accusations? Are you some authority? I thought you were just posting something you found, since you have nothing to do with Peta?

The video only shows him shaking frogs in a container removing them. Very rough looking handling, I agree, but for the rest? He's not DOING a dang thing wrong. He's talking, but you have no contex. So he could just be fed up with that "investigator" talking ot him about fifty different things which we don't get to hear... and just talking about stuff like a typical guy.

For instance... he says he'd put the ball pythons out and run over them with his jeep.. we don't see him killing a ball python.. we hear some guy making a possibly sarcastic comment about some snakes that might need to be euthanized. Is it callous sounding? Sure it is. Have I heard WAY worse said from guys? All the time. I've heard guys joking about "doing" underage girls, remarking about some of the way girls dress in way too young of a age.. but I didn't for a moment think those guys were actually considering molesting children.

I tell my dogs "Come here so I can step on your head!" and you know what? None of my dogs were ever harmed by me saying that.

All the dead animals shown? Not necasarily Ari's fault, why not accuse that "investigator" of killing all of them? From the one poster's claim(and rem she was THERE!) the "investigator" PUT those snakes out to "fry" in the sun while Ari brought them in and misted them to try to help them. When you listen, you hear the "investigator" say "They're fried". Obviously to me, that guy is saying he likes to fry live snakes for fun all the time. What? That's what you're trying to imply with Ari too.

Frankly, that video shows diddly squat that anyone should have to "answer for". Other than shaking the frogs, what exactly is in that video that you are demanding him answer for?

People get fed up with situations and say a ton of stuff, and if that "investigator" only caught a bottle of frogs getting shaken in a rough manner, I'd say that was beyond "reaching" for something wrong. We can't even tell if the callous talk was instigated by that "investigator" or not, and we already have one witness that says the "investigator" was the one putting certain animals in peril.

So please... tell me exactly what you want answered. And while you're at it, please elaborate on what authority you are using to demand someone post to defend themselves as well.

It's not authority. Someone said he was reading the thread and that he was going to make a statement. Why is it hard to understand why I said I was waiting to hear what he had to say? Why are we bringing up PETA again? We already established that PETA, USGE, and everyone that treats reptiles like that, is garbage. I guess you may be right. I might be giving him to much importance. Ari can do whatever he wants.

I am not understanding how I am messing with you. The last I heard Ari was going to make a statement. If he is not guilty of the actions then what is he waiting for? Instead he has someone try to speak on his behalf about how great he is. SHe didn't deny what he did, she tried to justify it with "how the world is", B.S. So basically he was just doing what he was told. Basically, he was just doing what he was told to do?? Any ignorant Joe Blow would get a pass but this is Ari Flagel, Mr. Expert_who wrote the book on the care of Morelia. Nice try Casey, now where is Ari?

There's a right way and a wrong way to present rebuttals of accusations. Going off half cocked and screaming at the top of your lungs "It wasn't me! I didn't do it! I'm innocent! It's lies and slander!" on a public message board is not the proper way to do it.

Trust me, PETA spent months and probably millions of dollars setting everything up to make a video. Give Ari time to present his side of things when he's ready to do so.

If it was me they were slandering I'd not respond to anything for a few months at least. I'd wait until the emotional outbursts and anger had run their course and then I'd take apart the lies and slander. At my own pace, in my own time. But that's just me. Maybe you'd rush to the nearest mountain top to declare your innocence?
