oh I love that picture....it is soooooooooo cute. They fall asleep in the funniest places. My skink falls asleep in her food ALL the time...oye while Bob will only sleep in when you put him in his little bed.

You may think that looks cute but its a sign your husbandry is way off (well that and the aspen bedding) A Sav that sleeps in its water bowl is telling you its enclosure is not meeting its humidity/moisture needs.

well that is good to know....do you have a care sheet for the OP or a link to one perhaps to help him out!! I personally know nothing about them...other than how a nibble feels.

I don't want to see this turn into a battle ground, but it is a cute picture. However, you should read up on a good care sheet. I would suggest switching your substrate right away though, a half dirt half sand mix works great.
