    Dwarf Burmese

Hey guys, Ive always wanted a burm but to be honest im not comfortable with that large of a snake nor could i properly house it. Im considering a dwarf burmese now. Does anyone know any breeders that are working with dwarf burms?

    Thanks, Connor

Bob Clark is breeding them in the pure form, not het for anything. He has a couple females ready to lay if I'm correct when I last talked to him. I got my female from him and couldn't be happier, but understand they aren't normally like the puppy-dog mainlands. Some can be full on pistols and a lot more flighty. You might want to look into the Half Dwarfs. They grow to be around 7' female and 5-6' male. I have a pair and love them. They will be breeding next year, but if you want one this season, PM me and I'll point you in the right direction.

I could be wrong but I have heard that the dwarf burmese never lose their wild attitude and are never really handlable. If anyone here has them Id like to hear about them too. Im partial to dwarf retics myself.

There is someone who has one locally here in my town. If you want it, I would be willing to pick it up for you and ship it if you just send me the funds. I can even check it out for you to make sure it is healthy first if you like. I myself am a proud owner of an albino burm (not a dwarf though) and I can tell you, you will have to get used to their moodiness, but really, they have the most personality of all the snakes I have ever owned.

PM me or email me at jeremiahtyson@aol.com if you are interested.

That's BS. No albino dwarf burm has yet to be produced. Plus, normal dwarf burms run about a grand themselves. An albino is going to run probably $5K is one is ever produced.

It's probably just a severely underfed burm.

I have no clue. I don't know this person and haven't seen the snake. Nor do I know anything about dwarfs. I just know what I read on the ad!
