My favorite thing to make is my Artichoke Jalapeņo Dip. I don't measure anything out though, I just toss it together. Artichoke hearts, pickled jalapeņos, shredded Parmesan cheese, and Mayo. You'll want more artichoke hearts than anything else. Add jalopenos to however spicy you want it. I put the mayo and cheese in last, taste it and then go from there.

For dinner though, Tuna Casserole! My very favorite!
