Well I am like 270-280 lbs so it is safe to say I am not taking CLA if it is expensive...

My bottle says (In 2 soft gels):
Fish Oil Concentrate 2400 mg
Omega - 3 Fatty Acids (EPA, DHA and other Omega - 3) 720 mg


Why does it have 2 different numbers? If I go by the 2,400 mg and I take 4 a day (Bottle says 2-4 a day) then I will be at 4.8 grams a day. If I go by the 720 number and take 4 pills I would only be at 1.44 grams.
