How Often Do You Handle Your Snakes?

You said you handle them twice a day, or try to. Maybe I missed it cuz I was reading fast (I tend to do that when I'm irritated) but do you do this during shedding? Do you handle your snake right after it eats or do you give it the 48 hours to digest?

Of course, she doesn't need to worry about that with her special Limbic ball python....
