My grandmother doesn't have to reward me for anything. I love my "Nana". She knows I would take care of that house and has told me so, but I don't think she can bring herself to kick her out. BUT she did say she was selling the house in 2 years and said I can have first dibs on trying to buy it. So I got to get myself together and start saving for a down payment.
