I was going to mention something along these lines but they beat me to it. Any milk product does bad things when citrus is introduced. I put cream in my coffee. A friend once squeezed a lemon in my coffee to show me what it did. Needless to say, I didnt taste it lol.
I take it you didn't yet hear that Absinthe is now legal to sell and buy in the USA? As of at least a year ago. Of course the stuff you can get here is not going to be the quality of european absinthe but at least now you can have it legally shipped to you if you buy online from germany etc.. Or you can call all your local liquor stores and see if any by you carry it. Just FYIUnless I find myself in Europe. Then it's Absinthe, Ouzo, and Metaxas 5 Star...
