    I hate cement mixers... It's basic chemistry at work. There are 3 basic chemical properties: acids, bases, and salts. Acids and bases neutralize each other, which is why alot of houshold cleaners and chemicals will say,"In case of injestion comsume milk, vinegar, orange juice, etc..." When you mix the ingredients of a Cement Mixer, the acid in the lime is mixing with the base of the cream in Bailey's and they chemically cancel each other. Your refernce to the cottage cheese was close. You are basically swallowing flavored, curdled milk...

    My favorite shots are Cuervo Gold and Evan Williams...
