Weirdest shot ever!

It was funny because my brother's friend was telling us how to do it (it was presented with two shot glasses, one with Bailey's one with lime and you take the Baileys and then the lime and swish) and my brother and I took the shot at the same time but he didn't swish his and I did, so he didn't get the same effect. It felt like cottage cheese!

I hate cement mixers... It's basic chemistry at work. There are 3 basic chemical properties: acids, bases, and salts. Acids and bases neutralize each other, which is why alot of houshold cleaners and chemicals will say,"In case of injestion comsume milk, vinegar, orange juice, etc..." When you mix the ingredients of a Cement Mixer, the acid in the lime is mixing with the base of the cream in Bailey's and they chemically cancel each other. Your refernce to the cottage cheese was close. You are basically swallowing flavored, curdled milk...
