wow.. those reds on those red blood is insane. are they as red as they were babies?

Actually, they are only '08's so they still have a lot of growing to do and their red has not fully come out yet. They should get redder, especially the male seeing as he is a slightly deeper shade. Blood pythons generally don't fully color up until somewhere between 3 and 5 years of age. Red bloods are usually born with reddish-browns and orange and as they grow they quickly start gaining color. You can often tell which babies will be nicer by how much color they have early on but i am sure there are some dark horses in regards to that. As for the blacks, they are also born much lighter than their adult coloration and they gain the black as they grow. This female has already turned out extremely nice but i can't wait to see what she looks like in a year or two!

This makes me really want some more Bloods LOL. The Sumatran is beautiful, she really is a stunner!! Thanks for getting me even more addicted to Bloods haha

And thanks to 2kdime who got me into Bloods, now I think I may even breed those along with my Ball pythons (not cross breeding of course LOL)! I already have two Bloods, both pretty cool girls, but one of them is a big pissy if you don't handle her in a calm way. My boss learned that on Saturday, she almost got him in the face
