Taming of tegu's is pretty much the same as for snakes, except you have the benefit of much better hearing capabilities. Audible cues can be a great help...

Thats fine with me. I like package deals LOL. I have an empty 72" Neodesha hanging out in my garage. It will only be another year or two until she needs it anyway. For the record...Arizona is much better than NJ :-)
