    High contrast is a line bred trait, so you would get more high contrast if both sire and dam were from high contrast lines, but you could still produce some high contrast if just one parent was high contrast. High contrast babies can even come from two normal looking albinos. The first albino that someone labeled "high contrast" had to come from somewhere.
