    Re: Gargoyle

Not to confuse this issue, but if you people are referring to the Gargoyles that Amir produced, they can also come from his het gargoyles X het gargoyle, which for all intents and purposes look like het reds to me. I bought a female a years ago and a male from him a while ago.

I did see Ralph Davis hatching them from a het red X cinnamon, and was very confused . Maybe he or someone else will clarify whats going on with that.

    Re: Gargoyle

I am set up this season to hopefully get a Gargoyle outcome. I've paired up a true Cinnamon Male with a Cory Woods Het Red Axanthic Female. She has yet to ovulate but then again he's still locking up with other females so I'll put him back in in a week or so. I think these are the key to getting a solid...RED snake (Super Cinni Red). Who knows....

    What's up Rob,
Well as of now she has yet to ovulate or act different except the refusal of food. I'm keeping the room temps at night around 73 then back up to 78 to 80 during the day. Your yellowbelly will be fed this week sometime and given a rest for a few days. I would like to throw a Woma in with the Gargoyle to see what that combo would look like. We'll just have to see.

    Re: Gargoyle

    You are all Wrong.

    Gargoyle is:

    Green Pastel x Black Pastel

Green Pastel: Amir's especial line of Het Red. but no have nothing to deal with het red. They are similar but different.

    If you use:

Green Pastel x Ciannamon: you don't produce gargoyle.

    Thanks.

    Re: Gargoyle clarification

Gargoyle is made from Green pastel to Cinnamon or Black pastel.
The result is similar but differentiable by the head.
Here is a black pastel version I produced in 2007.
