Re: Tub size X Gram weight
I am just getting into tubs myself but i have done a decent amount of research on the topic. #1 is get a feel for the individual snake. Some prefer bigger some prefer smaller. The best i can tell people go up to aprox 500 grams in a 15qt, 500-1500 in a 32qt, and 1500+ in a 41. I am sure more experienced members will chime in, but this is just what i have found in my research.
Cheers,
Bill

33"x18"x6" are size of tubs I use for all my snakes. It's the size of the Hide Box that makes the snake less stressed. Small hide for a small snake.

Re: Tub size X Gram weight
In the end its really your call when to move them. I don't use 6qts but if I did I would move them out at around 200g.

I move mine out of 6 qts at around 4 to 500g,then go to a divided 32qt.,then 1200 + go into the 32s,my bigger females are in cb70s but I think they dont need cb70 to do fine!

Re: Tub size X Gram weight
I leave animals in 6qt tubs till the are about 500 grams..then they get moved to a 28 qt tub till they are 1500+ grams then they go to a 41 qt.
I've seen moving them up to soon causes feeding issues. I leave them in the 6 qt till I have to take their water out to let them eat..then its time to move them up..
