Id use a 34qt or a 41qt tub. Heating is a heat pad or flexwatt controlled by a thermostat, substrate can be aspen or newspaper, really whatever you prefer. I use newspaper, its easy maintenance. Only thing left is a hide or two and a water bowl. Tada, tub set up complete.
