Be very gentle when holding. Do not pull it at all. Tickling the tail will help get it to move. If you're gonna hold it then let settle. If it looks stressed leave it alone.

I handled it this weekend, just like all of you have suggested she came right off of the perch and absolutely was a baby....
She never tried to run or seemed paniced what so ever.

Mostly to avoid accidents, but kinking could show up months later. So i play it safe and leave them alone until they are older .

just dont do this often - while they are neos its so important to handle them as least as possible but I am glad u are enjoying her/him
