Gosh what a surprise!!! Poor little thing!
He could have easily transported/kept her with what he thought was another female. People miss sex their snakes all the time. Hopefully it was an accident like that and not carelessness.

I think you are exactly right! I don't think anyone who has that many nice morphs would have bred her on purpose.
