Huh, does anyone know if something like this is going around for other states? I live in Kansas. I find it hard finding permits on wild animals as pets since Kansas has a bad website for stuff like this and I don't have a phone to call around and figure stuff out. I wouldn't disagree entirely with this type of action though as long as we are able to keep the snakes, it was an idea my mother, fiancee, and a couple friends batted around for awhile. I'm not too keen on paying insurance on a snake though, I mean, sure it'd work if a snake bites the wrong person but I wouldn't have anything out around people who I don't know well, or don't trust, or wouldn't let them get within striking distance at least. I don't even let people near my Tegu if she's out, she likes the little "nibblets."
