Re: Woohoo, Got a Pied at the Show Today

One of the nicest Pieds I've seen in a long time. Prefect blend of white and brown, how much was he, if you don't mind me asking?

    Nice and fat, too.

    Handsome little guy!!

Thank you. This little guy got warm from the trip home and he decided he was going to let me know who's boss. He was striking at anything that moved while I was taking the pictures. I went to pick him up from the back and whirled around and clamped on. He only stayed there for about 3-4 seconds, but it was funny. The wife (which isn't a snake person at all) stood there with her eyes as big as saucers. When he let go, I finihed putting him back in the tub. Not a big deal, but it was funny to see.

Wow, I am very envious right now. $2000 for a Pied such as that one across the border.

Yes, Paul gave me a great deal. I'll probably never get that kind of deal again. Last male of the year, I believe. Just there at the right time I guess. Either that, or my powers of persuasion is just unbelieveable.

    Probably just dumb luck!

WOW, are they still that expensive in Canada? That's amazing to see that big of a price difference.

    That's Amazing!

Dammit! I totally hate you! Pieds are so rare at the shows in Seattle and last year they sold before I could make it there!

He is really nice! I am totally jealous.
