I'm not trying to be snarky here, but given prior posts here and elsewhere I get the feeling you've not had snakes that long. You're 17 after all, and thought WC meant West Coast and that ticks on CB animals is normal. The best thing you can do as a future breeder is to listen and learn. And then read and learn some more.

Best of luck though. I do hope you're quarantining all these new additions away from one another.
When did I say I thought WC meant West Coast? I said I live on the west coast and people here have ticks all over their animals. I've actually turned in one of my local pet stores for not tending to their so called "healthy" animals that they kept outside and let get ticks. I know that WC means wild caught and that wild caught animals can have ticks. Read the whole thread before you say something else stupid, thanks.

They are in separate enclosures and I've had CB snakes since I was 7. Like I said on this thread, I've had kingsnakes. Not only that but when I was little I caught local garter snakes and gopher snakes just to observe them for an hour or two and release them.

I learned all I know from professional breeders over the past few years that I've also been breeding bearded dragons. So thanks for your concern but maybe you need to do a bit more research yourself. I'll take my information from a well known professional breeder over yours any time.

Oh and just because I'm 17 doesn't mean I'm not educated with reptiles. My whole family helps with my reptiles and is also educated with them. But again, thanks for your concern and Merry Christmas.
