    Albino x pastel x spider

I have been searching and reading, but still need some clarification on this subject. Sorry if it has been up before.

    What will these breeding's give?

    Albino x pastel
    http://www.worldofballpythons.com/wizard/ says:
    50%: Het Albino
    50%: Pastel, Het Albino

Meaning 50% wildtype het albino and 50% pasel het albino. It just doesn't make sense to me, as pastel is co-dominant and shouldn't produce wildtype. Furthermore ain't it this way you make albino pastel, or how do you make them?

    Albino x spider
    50%: Het Albino
    50%: Het Albino, Spider

50% wildtype and 50% spider het albino?
So if i want to make a albino spider, i breed the albino with a spider het albino or what?

    Pastel x spider
    25%: Normal
    25%: Spider
    25%: Pastel
    25%: Pastel, Spider

So only 25% of the cluth will be Bumble Bee?

Hope someone can clarify this for me, as I'm a bit confused right now.

You're right about the potential outcome in the pastel x spider pairing.

I would honestly recommend you to buy a 1.0 bumblebee and a 0.1 albino instead - it will save you a lot of time.

I assume that you're thinking about a pairing between an albino and spider. If that is the case then all of the offspring will be het-albino and some of them will be spider het-albino.

The same thing goes with the pastel and albino pairing.

Once you've got the offspring from those pairings then you have to raise a 1.1 spider het-albino or 1.0 spider het-albino and breed it back to the 0.1 albino (its mother). And if you're lucky then you're going to get an albino spider.

And the same thing goes with pastel and albino.

So pastel x albino will actually make wildtype het albino and pastel het albino.
Pairing pastel het albino x pastel het albino or pastel het albino x albino will then produce albino pastel right?

I have 0,1 albino, 1,0 pastel and 1,0 spider. Just wondering what to do...
When the budget allows it, I will get a 0,1 pastel and pair it with my 1,0 spider, to try produce Bumble Bee and a 1,0 albino for my female. I have just bought my current morphs, so have to feed them up first too.

Pastels, Albinos, Albino Pastels and Albino super pastels. If the morph gods are on your side!

Yes. Now you're on the right track.

I would honestly recommend you to save a little more up and perhaps buy a combo though. And if it's a female then you're going to have a 'powerhouse' in your collection.

Or you could focus on animals that are somewhat more 'rare' to buy in Denmark and Scandinavia. I've bought VPI axanthics for approx. the same amount of money you would use on an albino in Scandinavia. Even a 0.1 pinstripe for the same amount as a 0.1 pastel goes for in Denmark.

It's a friendly advice based on my experience as a rookie.

Here's another friendly advice - don't listen to what the Danish breeders says about only purchasing animals bred in Denmark. You can sometimes get the same animal for less than half-price.

Good luck with your ball pythons!

I know, bought my animals in Hamm for about half of Danish prices.
I bought the albino because I want to make some albinos, because I love the colors of it. Bumble Bee is another favorite of mine, so def. wanna produce it. Spider is imo also a cool looking morph and used for many other morphs, so he's good to have.

Maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea to buy a combo, and breed it with another to make a super combo, not produced yet in Denmark. Let's see... First project is to feed up my babies.

    Thanks for explaining.
