What is going on??

Put a LIVE mouse fuzzy in with him overnight, after leaving him completely alone for at least 3 full days. A fuzzy mouse can't hurt him, it will be less coordinated and unable to jump on him and scare him, and it smells and looks more like what he was started on.

Once he's eaten that, move up to a mouse hopper, after lights out--chance are, he'll snap it right up. If he does, then the following week, you use the live hopper again, but you stick around and watch.
Then you can try offering him a PK or FT mouse hopper on tongs again--grab it by the scruff of the neck, don't dangle it by the tail. That way it doesn't look taller than him.

Isn't he a little big for a fuzzy mouse? Also the place I go doesn't have mouse fuzzys they have hamster pinkies and fuzzies. Would a rat pinky be ok instead??
I've been to soooo many places looking for hooper and fuzzy mice but no dice this is the money one that I know of in Raleigh. And yea I just want him to eat something. Something is better than nothing to me.
So on Monday put the food in that would have been 5 days.
