Ok I posted a thread before but no one had any answers or any kinda of help so i'm goin at it again.. my beardie "hanley" likes to run back and forth in his tank, not sure why or is he's just hyper? If anyone might have a clue or they have had thiers do it too please let me know what you did to stop it or is it normal?? thank you in advance

you need to provide some info before anyone can really help you out.

my beardie does it occasionally too. not really too worried about it

brian, thanks your the only one who has even left a message.. he's in a 20L he's an 09 from march I think, its my gfs dragon.. the basking temp is around 105 or so. I'm into snakes myself, just tryin to learn some more on the dragons too.. thanks for your time

HMMMMMM, he's a leeeezard in a tank. Do you think he knows he's a leeezard in a tank and maybe he's wanting to get out? Start worrying if he's just laying in the tank. Your Dragon is normal.

It's hard to know without seeing him, but his tank might be too small for him (depending on how old he is). You might consider upgrading to a 40 gal - give him more room to move around.

But other than that... he's just being a crazy beardie! I've noticed that they have varying personalities, and some are more hyper than others. Maybe you just got a particularly excited one

yeah you need to move him/her to a 40g breeder when they get around 6mnths old they need to move to a bigger tank so yeah

sometimes young dragons will do that...mine is in a 3ft by 2ft cage and she still does that..... but shes just been a grumpy teen...

He's only gonna have farther to run....it's normal BG told yah. If a male can see another male in a cage they'll do it all day.

yes but either way at that age they need to be moved to an adult sized tank
