This is why BG believes this woman may have been a "plant". She could have driven a distance away and then called 911.

I watched that video twice and not once did I see that Burm try to strike at any of those people. He/she was very gentle, and was just looking for a meal.

I don't like the way they shoved him into the garbage can. They should have gotten someone out there that was more experienced with snakes. After all, it's Tampa!
LOL I would like to hear some of your fears... any other links for this like utube because its not working

There is a shark in the ocean and im on the beach..............help help it is going to eat me. Anyone notice how aggressive that animal was? Yeah 3 untrained individuals put it in a can and it didnt get aggressive once.

"shakes head"......and then a wildlife guy says your lucky because it is hungry...........example here again of how Reality stands no chance when perceptions are trained and skewed.

Re: A woman "held captive" by a Burmese

I agree with what Freakie Frog has said...............................................

In this case though Freakie I dont think most would disagree with the fear the individual in the car had and my previous post did not represent that well at all.

In fact i could still go modify it but I wasnt thinking. In general the frustration goes with the all the other players involved giving truth and support to a situation that was I am sure scary for the individual but in reality was more likely she was gonna get eaten by a shark then the snake right next to her.

Unfortunately people love sensationalism, people love drama.........the news has become entertainment in many ways and has lost its ability to provide objective information.

So in summary, you are correct.....the fear is real for her.........the rest of the individuals involved should have done a better job of presenting reality.

so rather than leave in the car she sat there and took the time to video tape it on her cell phone.
sure sounds mighty fishy to me
