I... literally don't know what's annoying about third-person talk. I don't think I got that button on me to push (or I just automatically replace it with I in my head anyway) but BG gives awesome advice so I'm not complaining.

I don't really understand why anyone would feel the need to overreact or sift through things they deem worthless--hey, you never know what you might pick up from'em.

(see, crap may be crap but you can still grow things from them--and boy, I think BG would grow some glow-in-the-dark talking daisies if we gave him the chance.)

Some people are so passionate about the anti-third-person thing that it boggles my mind... and that seems to be the ONLY problem they have. o_O;;;

I would never put someone on an ignore list here unless they flooded my personal inbox with crap.

As an aside, I can't take anyone (BG or otherwise) seriously that always, ALWAYS, refers to themselves in the third person. It's funny a couple times. But doing it every single time is not funny.

I think it's amusing that people take BG so seriously. The whole "the man, the myth, the legend" and similar talk are meant to be amusing. If someone were really out to stroke their own ego, it would be more obvious. But by the tone of his posts (yes, text can have intonation), it's obvious he's just having some fun.

I would like to have more fun with posting and goof around some, but I know that most people just can't take a joke.

Eventide would love to participate in BG's contest! Eventide wouldn't even care if she didn't win anything; the entire thread would be hi-larious and completely worth it!
