Not a black pastel. It is a normal. A normal normal. Normals are often pretty, too. They can be dark or light, high yellow or low yellow, they can look 'almost' like morphs in some cases, but in this case...sorry, it doesn't look remotely like a black pastel. Looks like a typical normal.

If you got it from a breeder, and even from a pet store, you can assume that it is a normal if you buy it as such. The only times unknown genetics come up are recessive traits and when you end up getting it second, or third, or even later hand and someone lost that information along the way.
