what size tub should i use

At what point do you guys think they should go into the 41qt tubs?

41qt most people use for bigger and/or breeding females. Most of the time people leave their males in 28/32qt.

I use dividers in my 32q RBI racks for hatchlings. So 16q until theyre over 400-500g

Thats a realy good Idea, what do you use for dividers? Although I dont have a rack yet.
