That bill does not mention interstate either. I think a lot of people are getting confused. I was also until I read the bills being proposed.

I believe that some of that language was removed from the bill at the last hearing, originally it was included. However there is a push to not only have that language added back, but to increase the number of species affected by it. What you're seeing is the bill in it's current state. What the recent hearing was about was how to amend it in further ways which you won't see on the bill until it's amended and voted on by the committee.
(I think I got that right)

If I'm not mistaken, they did not even touch the bill in the last hearing. It was exactly what it was...A hearing. I did watch it and believe that is was continued to hear more arguments.

Additionally, if they ban the import of all pythons, you can say goodbye to getting any new morphs.
Granted, I'd rather see a ban on importation than on owning/interstate transport/etc., but I prefer no bans. I mean, for heaven's sake, most pythons are completely harmless.
Periodic Table Pythons - Quality, captive-bred pythons? It's elementary!

Re: Hr2811 Good News
When I read the bill at the bottom it did say Import, sales and interstate transportation. It may have changed but sales and interstate transportation was on there.
