Re: Is it me, or speaking in the 3rd person IS ANNOYING
I really don't get why this is worth so many posts and complaining. It isn't a big deal. I know of some people that do it chronically (they don't even realize they are speaking any differently, they just do). What about stuttering and lisps?
Seriously, guys... life is too short!

Next time you see "people some on here"(yeah right..."some" ) Big Gunns is really gonna be annoyed with the "people some on here". Where are these wannabees?

If one person can figure out how to do it....it's Big Gunns. Let BG mull this over in his genius mind and get back to yah. BG is gonna figure this 4th person thing out.

Is there a way for the administrators to find out who really put Big Gunns on ignore.? Somehow BG doesn't believe they really do it.

Big Gunns has a lot of good information to share, just the way he does it is untraditional.
It's not "untraditional". Big Gunns is starting a new trend that will spread worldwide. BG just needs a leeetle more time fans.

It isn't worth getting your underwear all bunched up over it
It's "worth" it to BG. Once they stop doing that, Big Gunns has nobody to play with.

Come on Marky...you can admit it. When Big Gunns first showed up you were complaining also. It just goes to show fans. If a long time Leeetle Minion can become a Big Gunns fan....anything is possible.
ps. PM Marky for the meaning of Leeetle Minion if you're lost.

The way I see it, it's a matter of personal preference. As long as your consistent with your style I'm cool with it.
Well everyone...you have to admit. Big Gunns is "consistent" with his style.

Does not bother me, and in all honestly I do not get why people (not just this thread - but all the other posts about it) get themselves whipped into a froth over something so inconsequential.
It is all about agency.

There's only one thing that can stop Big Gunns. If the perfect person Big Gunns sees in the mirror tells BG to stop....he'll stop. That person usually does whatever Big Gunns says...so BG doubts it's gonna stop fans.

Drama maybe? I know drama is entertaining to some but come on.
If someone irritates you that much you have ability to put them on IGNORE so why not use this option instead
It's the internet their are many different personalities some more originals then others and quite entertaining to say the least, where is the harm in that.
If I have to chose between people who are originals and funny and people who complain, and are never happy....................guess who I chose? ............regardless I can't put anyone on ignore
But yeah

The "point of such a thread"???? Nothing entertains The Man, The Myth, The Legend in his own mind more. Big Gunns needs to find a forum with nothing but threads like this. It would be heaven for Big Gunns.
Some people just love to "complain" Deb....and Big Gunns loves them....on the forum anyway. He hates them in real life.

It's "worth" millions to Big Gunns. Where does he send the cash?

BG is never annoyed. He loves all his fans, even with bad punctuation and grammar.

Re: Is it me, or speaking in the 3rd person IS ANNOYING
I find the 3rd person speak much less annoying than all of the people complaining about it. I honestly don't see the point in this thread. It's obvious that it's geared toward a single member and I believe that it would be much easier to press the ignore button than to start up a thread about why you might want to put someone on ignore.
One thing I will say about this certain member is that I have not seen him be rude or complain (except for the fact that we don't pay him to post . In that sense I think that many folks here could learn a little something.

Re: Is it me, or speaking in the 3rd person IS ANNOYING
When I first saw BG talking in third person I thought he was really annoying, but now that reading a lot of his posts he is pretty helpful and knows his stuff. So, the third person talking doesn't bother me anymore.
The people that think BG is annoying, you should really read some of his posts, he's a pretty helpful guy and knows his facts.

Agreed, I'm sure he is just being funny, and does not refer to himself in the 3rd person in real life, face-to-face situations.
