I find the 3rd person speak much less annoying than all of the people complaining about it. I honestly don't see the point in this thread. It's obvious that it's geared toward a single member and I believe that it would be much easier to press the ignore button than to start up a thread about why you might want to put someone on ignore.
One thing I will say about this certain member is that I have not seen him be rude or complain (except for the fact that we don't pay him to post. In that sense I think that many folks here could learn a little something.
