Give em a shot. If you are wary about size, the research the island species of boa ( Hog Isles CAN get bigger, i dont consider them "Dwarfs" so much....)
Well, I want one thats sort of big, but not huge. lol. Close to the 6 foot range would be good. The only reason I dont want a huge one is because it would eat alot. Last reptile show I was at had, in my mind, nice looking male RTB babies for $65. The red on the tail looked great.
Im not sure what the pricing usually is but... I almost got one that day. I decided not to since it would have been 100% impulse.

Feeding my ball costs almost nothing since I got bulk hopper mice.
A hogg is probably to small for me
