    het caramel x het ghost?

I currently have a 1.0 het caramel. I really like the caramel glows. I was thinking about getting a het ghost female. Would this pairing produce any caramel glows? Or would it just be caramels and ghosts. Or would it just be all hets?

They would all be 50% double het for ghost / caramel.

All of the hatchlings would appear normal and will be 50% Double Het for Caramel Glow. You can get:

    Normals
    Het Ghosts
    Het Caramels
Het Ghost Het Caramels (Double Het Caramel Glows)

but they'll all appear normal so they'll just be called "50% Double Het for Caramel Ghost (Caramel Glow).

Thats what I needed to know. Thanks!

So my best bet would be to just pick up a caramel and a ghost then?

    That's a long shot!

You'd do a lot better picking up a 100% Het Caramel Glow male and breed him to a couple females...The breed him back to any female you produce.

If you do this you will produce babies that will be 100% double het for caramel glow. You could breed two of those together for a shot at a caramel glow.

Agree..the problem would be you will not be able to distinguish between the hets and normals..producing any visuals through breeding these would be slim
