Hard to tell from the picture, but it could just be scales that rubbed off during the shed. My pastel had a terrible shed once, which left him with multiple "bald" spots... took about two more sheds to clear up, but now he looks good as new. So I'd recommend waiting another shed cycle or two, unless those white spots are moving - then you obviously have a parasite, LOL.
