    Incubation Defect

    This is the Albino that I've posted about a couple times and thought I'd post a pic of the upper & lower jaw from straight on. As you can see it is more pointed than a normal ball and though he doesn't flick his tongue out I do think he uses it as you can see the bottom of the mouth move like he is flicking the tongue out. I believe he gets it to the edge of the jaw line just enough to pick up the information he needs.

    Yeah so far hes eating pretty well, but he hasn't been out of the egg long just about a month and a week or two.

    Yeah, Will you be keeping him?

    Hes beautiful and also I think animals bred from animals with incubation defects are fine so you could always breed him in the future.

    If it definitely was an incubation defect, I too imagine that wouldn't be a problem for breeding... and did I mention he has gorgeous coloring/markings??

    Oh, for some reason I thought you'd bred him yourself... I'm glad he found a good home with you! I've always wanted an albino too, but went the cheaper/longer route with a pair of hets - so it'll be a year or two before I see anything white & yellow, LOL.
