We know from first hand experience that his not returning calls is NOT the norm. We have explained what we know, how we know it etc. If you want to cross off one of the hands down best guys in this business due to your experiences, do so. I for one will not, based on MY experience as well as dozens of others. God forbid you have a great reputation and something happens where someone doesn't think you are fast enough and they post about your poor service skills.

Just thought I'd chime in here. Just because your experience has been positive does not mean everyone else's has been. No one is perfect and surprisingly... Adam is not a God. *shocked face!*

Twisted Tails did not have a positive experience with Adam and neither have I. Does that make us wrong somehow? No it doesn't. It means that our experience was not like yours. Period.

So give TT a break here... they are simply sharing and isn't this forum what that's all about? Cause the "Adam can do no wrong simply because he's Adam" mentality that many here have doesn't mean it's the truth. It could be... perhaps... that those of us who have a negative experience with him don't share it because of this mentality.

Which I personally think is kinda sad. Heaven forbid anyone talk negative about Adam...
