Anyone here tryiing to lose weight?

Right now I weigh about 91000 grams (200lbs)

I'm working on losing about 15lbs. I'm trying to get back down to where I was after high school.

Anyone else have any weight goals?

    Not really goals.
I have seen the light lately -LOL- and would like to live a long healthy life.
I'm starting to watch what I eat and exercise more.
    Good luck to everyone!
I weighed 139 pounds when I joined the National Guard at 19 years old. Now 34 and about 205!

Re: Anyone here tryiing to lose weight?

I currently spend 2 hours a day 6 days a week in the gym with a trainer.. three weeks ago I weighed 188 lbs.. As of yester day I weigh 179..

I spend 45 minutes -1 hour doing weights and the other time I'm doing Cardio..I've gotten to where I can Jog 2 miles and still walk down the steps at the gym.. my eating habits have completely changed to help things out.. After all cookie dough ice cream at 1 am is bad for the weight loss.

My goal is 155.. by spring.

    Good luck!

I'm also seeing a trainer, but he's more for just kicking my butt to move. lol

I ride (bicycles) quite a bit, so I'm good on cardio and my legs are tree trunks, I just have a slightly flabby weak upper body.

Well my trainer is there to make sure I'm doing the exercises right and would hurt myself. I'm really excited to see the results in a few months..

I can tell I've lost some weight just by the way my jeans fit these days.

Right now I'm focusing on maintenance and a bit of toning up more then anything. Late last year I weighed 215 lbs (and I'm only 5'2"!) Right now I weigh about 140 lbs! I am very proud of this... Good luck everyone with your goals!
