What kind of stat was it? Luxpro makes a decent one that comes set at a default of 80 degrees. If you forget to turn it off it will automatically go back to 80.Originally Posted by Prophet
I decided today when i woke up, it was cool enough to turn on the heater for my apartment, (not the t-stat you were thinking of was it) i set it on the auto because it is a programmable t-stat that i installed 4 months ago (im an hvac tech so i know its not installed wrong) i come home and its reading 113 in my living roomi run to my snake room and check the temps, 97 on the hot side(Atleast this t stat kicked in) and 95 is the ambient
so i run around, take the t-stat off the wall, now im going to get a new one so this doesnt happen again.
