Also, depending on where you live, if you have high ambient humidity, you may need to get a fan to circulate the air in the tubs to keep the humidity down.
As for tub sizes, I have my yearling in a 32qt, my 2 y/o in a 41qt, and my 5 y/o in a 60qt. It basically has the same floor space as his 50gl tank. Just not the height. I've only had him in there for a couple of weeks so I'll see how it goes...

Ohhh. I think the ambient humidity is pretty low here idk. I have to spray my tank alot and the lid is covered in foil.

Set the tubs on the heat tape, plug into t-stat and wala.
I have been in-between for 2 years, lol, I understand in-between

The water could/would get on the heat tape, maybe under it, maybe in the connections, and then you have to let it dry, or blow dry it, or...it just seems a hassle is all

Locking tubs work great, I've been using them for 2 yrs and had no issues, except me forgetting to lock them lol.
34 qt tubs bottom and middle and 15 and 6 qt up top.

40 qt sterilite ultra locking tubs
Cool. I could deffinatley use small shelf unit but i would want to make my own rack with heat tape and stuff if i was to actually get a real rack. I might be able to use one of those shelf things if they have ones that can hold 41 qt tubs.
