Most of my snakes have hides, during breeding season I remove the hides in the female's tubs which is where the pairing occur.

Once breeding season is over the females get their hides back.

I usually do this. But my mojave girl wasn't showing any interest until I paired them with her hide in the tub. Then she locked right up, but in the hide of course. I guess she just wanted more privacy.
