    Day 63

    Day 63, clutch of 3 eggs and still not one has pipped yet. I was advised by Herman (a local breeder) to open them because he figured they were due. These are pictures of one of the eggs.

    spider, bumblebee??... looks alive i would say.. although 63 days would annoy the hell outta me..
    my 1st lot just hathed on day 48, which i know is early.

    With your temps being so low (you mentioned in the other thread), I think it looks like they need to "bake" a few more days.

    i figured, i hope i didnt ruin it, this is my first clutch and i really dont wanna screw up this egg, this should be a lemon-blast

    I don't think you ruined them... it looks good.. but 86 is a slow cook
    But there are plenty of breeders on here that know a whole lot more than I.

    Same thing happened to me with low temps threw the incubation period. I would just put them back in the incubator until they come out...
