They look like Mediterrenean House Geckos which are invasive and not indigenous to my area. We see quite a bit by the harbor and we suspect that they come in on the ships. But, I'm no gecko expert, so it's just a guess and an avenue to explore. I like them. They get spotty light pink and blue coloration when older.

yep yep... supposedly from the Mediterranean and west Asia... they are kinda cute but there are a TON around here.
