Halifax Reptile Expo 2009

Location: McInnes Room, Dalhousie Student Union Building, 6136 University Avenue, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada

Reptile breeders, wholesalers, retail stores and related businesses, government agencies, rescue and shelter groups, and educational organizations from the Halifax Regional Municipality and throughout the Maritime Provinces will have the opportunity to interact with the general public, promote education, raise awareness of various services available for reptiles and amphibians in the Maritimes, and sell a large variety of reptiles, amphibians, food and supplies, and other related items. Please mark your calendars, as this is a must-see event!

A series of informative seminars will be scheduled throughout the day pertaining to the average reptile enthusiast and hobbyist. All are welcome to attend.

Admission: Adults $4.00, children ages 14 and under $2.00

Register early to secure your table. Tables are $10.00 for non-profit organizations and $30.00 for local businesses. Power supply can be supplied to your table for an extra $10.00. A minimum of power for 6 tables is required to place an order to a maximum of 15.

Stop in to purchase a new reptilian pet or obtain husbandry information on your next exotic species; it is a rare opportunity to buy morphs and species that are not commonly available in pet stores and meet the breeders. Stock up on insect or rodent feeders and buy enclosures, supplements and reptile supplies at amazing rock-bottom prices! Get your picture taken with a reptile or join your children in colouring and games in the Children's Corner. There is face painting for the children and a gifted tattoo artist for the adults. This event is a must-see and fun for the whole family!
