So I am starting to train for Boxing. I plan on training for a very long time before hitting the ring. Why you may ask. Simple. I don't want to go into the ring and get humiliated, that just does not work for me. Instead I'll spend more time training and being the best I can and then start matches. Any diet suggestions? Any tips to help be become great? I have always loved boxing and just because of all other the sports I do I did not have time to fit it in. Now that I quit a team I am ready to join something else.
