    Well the Scotch tape dooesn't do a great job with sticking much, but I do understand of what can happen. That's why I'm asking for other hides to use.

    You can use the clear containers, just spray paint them black. Its as easy as that. Want a link to my DIY hides?

    I found the thread and I gotta say that is a very good idea. I wil try to do something similar with used up containers :].

    Shoot, sorry I was afk for a while but good that ya found it. Theyre flexible too so its a bonus for big BPs, they get the tight hide they want and it's one size fits all.

    I got some of these awhile back and had to do alot of sanding on the inside to smooth out all the sharp edges and points in the resin left over from the manufacturing process. I am much happier with the RBI hides...

    If the snake needs her humid hide, she'll use it. As long as your humidity is above 55-60% shedding should go by without a hitch.

    How big is your snake? For hides, I use Glad Ovenware. It's the thick black tupperware container.
