It can not be guarenteed that the genes will look the same when combined.
I would imagine the axanthic gene wouldn't do much considering it seems pretty neutral when it comes to pattern.
The axanthic killer bee, bumble bee, clown, pastel, pinstripe, etc. all seem to have the same pattern as their non-axanthic counterparts.

I assume the axanthic spider pied would be no different...but you never know.
