    To build off of this...

    If she asks you, "why do you need so many snakes?"
    Ask her, "why do you need all those shoes?"


    Luckily, my wife has trouble distinguishing what a morph is. So she can never tell when I get a new snake unless she wants to go thru and count them all.

    There have been a couple of instances we have had company over. I pull out a new snake she is not aware of to show off. My wife asks, "is that a new one?" I respond, "no...you don't remember this one? I have always had it."

    They eventually give up.
