i didnt know that people of different races were to dress certain ways. i never noticed on clothes tags where it says black, white, hispanic, etc. could you please make a list of what each race should wear so we can make a sticky out of it cuz i hate to be caught dressing out of my own race.

Hehe. I used to live in North Scottsdale and would make quick grocery store runs in my P.J. pants all the time. One time I even forgot to change out of my house shoes into my flip flops! Everyone stared at me. But oh well. I wasn't go to change just to run in and get some milk!

Re: Wearing pj's at the store, weird.

I wear fitted hats, as do a lot of people I know. I hate having to deal with adjusting the hat, and I hate having the opening in the back. A fitted hat to me is much much more comfortable then a regular adjustable hat, also add the fact that fitted hats are usually a bit higher in quality.

As far as the shirts being to big, everybody has their own like. I personally don't like a shirt clinging to me, unless its like a muscle shirt and i'm workin in the yard. When I go out, I wear a shirt that is a little bigger then me, not 3x but probably 2x.

Then the jeans, I don't wear my jeans hanging off my butt or anything, but I do wear a size bigger so they don't hug my parts... As i'm sure a lot of guys would agree with me, it gets very uncomfortable when they can't move.

VERY well said. I prefer a fitted hat personally because I like the way it FITS... Also, I like the look of the hat without the hole in the back.

I personally wear 3x t-shirts for the same reason. I have broad shoulders so even the 2x feels tighter than I like on my shoulders, even though by standard definition, it "fits".

GOTTA wear jeans a little big. I don't get the new "skinny jeans" craze either... I can't stand the feeling of tight clothes and don't get why anyone would intentionally buy pants that are about two sizes too small and two inches too short...

I wear my pajama pants all the time with a simple tank top and some flip-flops. I don't really notice any negative attention. Though, it's only when I walk to a convience store or run to a fast food spot or something. Where I live its really common; in winter, instead of jeans, alot of girls where sweats and pj pants.

I know many, many years ago here in Chicago, if you dressed like this you were Black and you were bangin'.Of course the fitted hat was cocked to one side or the other for representation.Does that cocked to the side hat still represent something?I don't even see kids wearing hats straight or backwards anymore.

I never really did understand that, I think one person somewheres did it, then some people followed. To me it just makes the person look like an idiot when their hat is cocked to one side. I wear a hat to keep lighting out of my eye, so the bill forward is how I wear it, now on the other hand, if i'm riding in a convertible car or a t-top car, or on a motorcycle, I turn my hat backwards so the wind doesn't catch the bill of the cat and yank it off. Plus a hat isn't comfortable turned to either side, because of its shape.

Oops, I have a fitted on in my avatar!

I own about 10 fitted hats. I could not live without them. Only imagine how many different races own and wear fitted hats. Sport fans, skateboarders, rappers, teenagers, are all examples of people wearing fitted hats. Or if your just a stylish person who has a variety of different accessories like me! I really don't understand when people categorize clothes with race.
