The media is full of it aren't they!!!! The only positive I saw out of this piece is when the only person with any knowledge of the animals, spoke up and said a dog could potentially be more dangerous than a pet snake.

Yes I liked that. When I was younger, I was always scared of the german sheppard my brother adopted. Not so much for the fact that it was a german sheppard, I love dogs, But she had been abused by her previous owners and wasnt very friendly at times.

You know, I was thinking the same thing... There are much more worthwhile things to ban if you're really concerned about people's safety. Is it the enviroment you're concerned about? Well then, the factories that manufacture cigarettes produce plenty of polution. Not to mention the valuble land that tobacoo plantations take up that could much better be put to use growing crops that people can actually eat. It seems to me that 12 deaths from pythons in the last 29 years should be the least of our concerns.
