I usually keep the macro setting on for snake pictures, even when I'm not too close up... their scales just look much better that way.
I love a high-blushed pastel! I adore Toby's coloring, and can't wait to get him a pastel girlfriend... I might even breed him back to an offspring, since that would make KILLER super pastels.
I am thinking the same thing for my pastel.
