We bombed it before we moved the rodents in there to try to make sure there wasnt anybugs but I doubt ill be able to stop them completly.

I know that Tim Bailey keeps two tokay geckos in his rat barn to take care of bugs. They've done such a good job that he has to dump crickets in there every now and then. Once you know the residual pesticide is gone (once you see live insects) that might be something you may want to consider. They just free roam in the rodent building. I thought it was a very creative way to do control bugs naturally!
